We participate with most insurance carriers. However, we suggest you verify your eligibility for services with your insurance carrier. When making your appointment you can consult with the scheduling representative when requesting your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to take this opportunity to explain how billing and filing of claims will be processed for your surgery. If you have provided us with a valid insurance card and we have checked eligibility for coverage, your claim will filed by our office. If you do not have insurance, arrangements with our Financial Counselors should be made prior to the date of surgery. If payment\/deposit is required prior to surgery you will need to make this payment two (2) days prior to the date of the surgery \u2013 if not, your surgery will be rescheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will receive at least three (3) billing statements, one from the physician\/surgeon; one from the hospital; and one from the Anesthesiologist Group. You will possibly receive billing statement from Pathology, Cardiology or Radiology group depending on the procedure you had performed. We do not have access to other providers cost, and you will need to contact that particular provider for their billing procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
