Evan R. Moore
M.D.
Dr. Evan Moore is an otolaryngologist focused on general ENT and pediatric ENT. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma and completed specialty training in ear, nose and throat surgery and management of head and neck disorders at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. He trained at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, University Hospital, the McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. He was awarded the Crimson Apple Award for Teaching Excellence in 2018 and the Aesculapian Award Clinic Teaching Award in 2017.
Dr. Moore sees patients at the Yale and Mingo offices and is skilled in all aspects of ear, nose and throat medicine and surgery. He enjoys providing the full scope of general ENT care and particularly appreciates working with children.
