Dr. Rollie E. Rhodes is a founding partner of Eastern Oklahoma Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic. He was in private practice in Tulsa for more than 40 years before retiring in 2015.

A graduate of the University of Louisville College of Medicine, Dr. Rhodes did his residency at the Mayo Clinic. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He belongs to the American Medical Association, the Tulsa County Medical Society, the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners and the American Society of Otolaryngic Allergy. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery and an Associate Fellow of the American College of Allergy. He is a member of the American Association for Clinical Immunology and Allergy, the Pan American Allergy Society and the American In-Vitro Allergy/Immunology Society.

Dr. Rhodes has served on the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and on the Board of Directors of the American In-Vitro Allergy/Immunology Society. He has been chairman of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Saint Francis Hospital and of the Department of Surgery of the Broken Arrow Medical Center. He has served as the director of Allergy Education of the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
