Dr. Brownlee trained with world-renowned facial plastic surgeons and is specially trained in the art of cosmetic facial plastic surgery. Cosmetic facial surgery is designed to enhance and refine the natural features of the face, helping patients look more youthful and feel more confident. Procedures such as blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) can address excess skin in the upper eyelids or puffy lower lid “bags,” improving both appearance and, in some cases, vision. A brow lift can also help elevate a heavy or sagging brow and smooth forehead wrinkles; the incisions are hidden within the hairline. Otoplasty (ear pinning) reshapes protruding or misshapen ears for a more balanced look, often with dramatic, yet natural-appearing results.

Other procedures commonly performed include facelifts and neck lifts to address deep facial folds, jowls and skin laxity; cheek and chin augmentation to improve facial contours; and in-office injectables like Botox and dermal fillers for non-surgical rejuvenation. Procedures

Brow Lift

A brow lift is a minimally invasive procedure that gently elevates the eyebrows to a more youthful position, smooths forehead lines and softens frown lines between the brows. Using small hidden incisions behind the hairline and a tiny camera for precision, this technique offers natural-looking results with less downtime and less scarring than traditional methods. Occasionally, a brow lift can also be performed for functional reasons to improve vision.

Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Blepharoplasty is a surgery that removes or repositions excess skin and fat from the upper or lower eyelids. It helps reduce heaviness, puffiness or under-eye bags, giving the eyes a more open, rested and youthful appearance. This procedure can be performed on its own or combined with other facial surgeries to refresh the overall look of the face and can be performed under local anesthesia in the clinic or in the operating room.

Chin and Cheek Augmentation

Chin and cheek augmentation enhances facial balance by adding volume and definition to the midface or lower jaw. Depending on the patient’s goals and anatomy, this can be done with implants, injectable fillers or even the patient’s own fat. These procedures help create stronger facial contours and improve symmetry in a subtle but noticeable way.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty (Ear pinning) is a surgical procedure that reshapes and repositions the ears to create a more natural and balanced appearance. It is most commonly used to correct ears that stick out too far from the head, but it can also address misshapen or asymmetrical ears. The procedure is performed through a small incision behind the ear, leaving minimal visible scarring. Otoplasty can be done in children over the age of five in the operating room, or adults in the clinic, and provides long-lasting improvement in the ear position in proportion with the face.

Facelift

A facelift, also known as rhytidectomy, includes tightening facial muscles, removing excess fat and trimming facial skin to create a more youthful appearance. The results from a facelift typically last around 10 years.

Neck Lift

A neck lift removes excess skin and fat from your jawline to create a more contoured and youthful appearance.

Lip Lift

A lip lift is a procedure that shortens the space between the upper lip and the nose, helping the lips permanently appear fuller and more youthful without fillers. It can be performed in the clinic or combined with another procedure in the operating room.

Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Fillers, Fat Transfer)

Injections such as Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers are non-surgical treatments that smooth wrinkles, restore lost volume and enhance facial features. These quick, in-office procedures require essentially no downtime and can offer subtle, natural-looking improvements. Dr. Brownlee also offers fat transfer from the abdomen, which is performed in the operating room, which is a permanent option for facial volumization.
